We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
Due to the delicate and gift nature of the Celebration Rose, personalized and opened items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
